Doug Meyer is the CEO of Meyer Gates. Before cofounding Meyer Gates, Doug was the president of SS+D Financial where he enhanced the financial planning process for 7 years. Prior to SS+D Financial, Doug obtained his CPA and spent 6 years working for small public accounting firms with a focus on individual income tax planning.

Doug is a CFP® (Certified Financial Planner), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), a National Social Security Advisor Certificate Holder, and a member of the Financial Planners Association. 

“I love spending time with my wife Alyssa and our four children. Our favorite family activity right now is packing up the pop-up camper and exploring the Ohio sites. I also enjoy giving back whenever I can. One of my favorite programs is Habitat for Humanity. I think the program is smart and provides a huge steppingstone for helping people achieve a better life.”
